Our company lets and manages a wide variety of student properties. For many years we have arranged accommodation for students. We understand your requirements, and we are confident we can find the ideal home for you.

 

What type of accommodation is available? Normally student letting is on an individual room basis. This means that you can book individual accommodation for yourself, or you may prefer to rent a whole house for a group. All our properties are furnished and equipped with cooking facilities. Students share the use of the kitchen, bathroom and any other common living areas.

 

What type of Tenancy Agreement is used? We use the most popular letting agreement- an “Assured Shorthold Tenancy”- which has been specially drafted for student letting to protect your rights as a tenant.

 

What management services are included in the tenancy? As part of our service to you we ensure that all our properties:

Comply with current fire, furnishing and gas safety regulations.

Are maintained to the highest standard. We provide emergency maintenance services outside office hours
